Autumn in the Sexten Dolomites is probably the tastiest season. Hot chestnuts, Schlutzkrapfen, bacon, cheese and wine can inspire me almost as much as the trails.

When the long season is over late in the year, all the races are over and the training is no longer at the forefront, I also like to shift my priorities towards the culinary program. And will be rewarded. South Tyrol shows itself for us pleasure bikers from its most beautiful side.
