E-BIKE TOUR IN THE BRAIES DOLOMITES

WITH VIEW ON THE TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO

We start at Sesto/Moso at Bike Hotel Alpenblick ****s along the cycle path towards San Candido (1,150 m), then we continue up to Dobbiaco (1,210). From there, we turn left into Val di Landro Valley towards Cortina, passing Lago di Dobbiaco (1,260) and Lago di Landro (1,410) with view on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo as far as Carbonin (1,450). After “Ploner” holiday complex, we continue along a forest road for about 7 km and after 1 hour to the high plateau of the Braies Dolomites, on Prato Piazza (2,040). The Croda Rossa d’Ampezzo, the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the Picco di Vallandro “follow” us on our way. Once at the top, after a short rest at the rustic Malga Prato Piazza hut we continue to Hotel Hohe Gaisl and turn left onto the road towards Ponticello (1,490). Immediately after the car park, we take hiking trail no. 37. This occasionally lively trail brings us to Braies di Fuori and from here we continue for around 1 km along the road and then we turn right onto the cycle path towards Villabassa, Dobbiaco back to the starting point Sesto/Moso, to Bike Hotel Alpenblick ****s.

P.S. If the technical requirements of the group are given, we also take the trail over the "Stolla Alm" to Brückele
